More Sponsorship Opportunities
EXHIBITOR WORKSHOPS
TUESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2007 6 PM – 8 PM
$5,000 LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Sponsorship includes:
- Opportunity to host an Exhibitor Workshop on Tuesday, August 28 from 6 to 8 PM
- The use of a workshop room, LCD projector, screen, podium, 6 foot, skirted table and microphone (microphone for larger rooms only)
- Workshop rooms are varied in size and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis
- Company shall be responsible for workshop materials and atypical requests
- Food and beverage service will be at the option of and cost to the company and must be arranged through the hotel
- Company to supply the name of the workshop, speaker(s) and descriptive paragraph by July 1, 2007
- Your company must be registered as a T2007 exhibitor in order to host an Exhibitor Workshop
- Workshop announcement inserted in attendee conference bag and/or bound into the conference program
- Company logo and a link to your company’s web site displayed on the T2007 conference web site
- Identification in program materials and abstract book
- Sponsorship signage at booth
- Announcement at opening session
- Sponsor ribbon for each booth representative

CONFERENCE LANYARDS
Lanyards are a great way to get your company noticed. Attendees prefer to wear neck lanyards to display their badge instead of the hassle of pins and clips on their clothing
Attendee lanyard sponsorship includes:
- Company logo or name on the conference lanyard provided to all attendees
- Company logo and a link to your company’s web site displayed on the T2007 conference web site
- Identification in program materials and abstract book
