How To Reserve A Booth

Complete and sign the Exhibitor and Sponsor Reservation Form [139K MSWord].

• Fax or e-mail the Reservation Form
• And Mail the Reservation Form with a check or money order in US funds within 14 days to:

Booth assignment will be based on the date payment by check or money order (US funds) is received. Once payment is received, a receipt and password will be e-mailed to the company contact person. The password will permit access to an on-line program that will allow credit card purchases (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) of additional exhibitor registrations, lead retrieval rental, special event tickets, and other items. Once your password is received, go to REGISTRATION then enter the supplied password under ‘Existing Registration’ to order additional items.

Exhibit Booth

• One (1) 8’ (D) x 10’ (W) booth (eight feet deep by ten feet wide)
• Black and red pipe and drape
  • Back wall — eight (8) feet high
  • Side rails — three (3) feet high •
• Booth identification sign (7" x 44")
• One (1) six (6) foot draped table
• Two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket
• Two (2) Full Meeting registrations (includes abstract book, conference giveaways, and breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
• Identification in program materials and abstract book • Your company’s name displayed on the T2007 conference web site
• One-time use of pre- and/or post-conference electronic attendee name and address list
• Exhibitor ribbon for each booth representative
• Additional exhibitor registrations may be purchased for $250 which entitle the exhibitor to attend seminars, refreshment breaks, breakfasts, lunches, and to receive an abstract book and conference materials • There will be NO limited access exhibitor badges
