Other Exhibitor Information
- Each person assigned to staff exhibit booths must wear a convention badge and an exhibitor ribbon
- Badges for exhibit personnel will be available for pick-up at the exhibitor registration desk
- No portion of the booth display may extend into the aisle, adjoining booth or other areas outside the perimeter of the booth
- Exhibitor displays must provide sufficient area within the booth to accommodate the booth attendants as well as any stationary audiences which the display attracts
- Display height may not exceed four feet (4) in front two-thirds of booth or eight feet (8) in the rear one-third of the booth
- Exhibit character is subject to the approval of T2007. Conference management reserves the right to refuse exhibits or portions of exhibits that are not consistent with the character of the conference
- The use of sound devices for mechanical reproduction of sound is restricted. In general, the employment of any method of projection of sound beyond the exhibitor's booth is prohibited and show management reserves the right to discontinue amplification, and to close any booth for failure to comply
- Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference
- The exhibits will be held in the Metropolitan Ballroom which will be locked when the exhibits are not in session. Security guard service will not be furnished for the show and each exhibitor must make provisions for safeguarding its goods, materials, equipment, and displays at all times. T2007, the show manager, and the Seattle Sheraton will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of property belonging to any exhibitor, its agents, employees, visitors, or guests. Each exhibitor must carry full insurance for the entire duration of the show, including move-in and move-out. Exhibitor agrees to hold T2007 and the Seattle Sheraton, its owners/operators, forever harmless from any damages or charges imposed for any violation of any law or ordinance by the negligence of the exhibitor or those subordinate to the exhibitor
