What is NOT included with an exhibit booth / exhibitor registration:

Carpeting & Additional Furnishings

  • The exhibit hall is carpeted, however, custom carpet may be ordered through the show decorator.
  • Additional furnishings, plant rentals, drayage services and anything else not specifically listed under Exhibit Booth.

Conference Registration

  • Except for two complimentary exhibitor registrations included with the purchase of each booth, all other exhibit personnel are required to register and purchase a Full Meeting registrations for a reduced rate of $250, which DOES NOT include the social events, but does include an abstract book, conference giveaways and breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Alternately, a full registration may be purchased for the member rate of $600 which includes the items listed above as well as one Tuesday afternoon tour, the Welcoming Reception at the Seattle Museum of Art (Sunday night), the President’s Reception at the Boeing Museum of Flight (Monday night), the Beer & Wine Tasting event (Wednesday night) and the T2007 Awards Banquet (Wednesday night).

    • Additional staff registrations may be purchased online once booth payment has been received and a password has been assigned.
  • Exhibitor registrations included with the purchase of a booth, sponsorship level or those that cost $250 do not include: tickets to the Welcoming Reception at the Seattle Museum of Art (Sunday night); the President’s Reception at the Boeing Museum of Flight (Monday night); the Tuesday Afternoon Tours; the Beer & Wine Tasting event (Wednesday night); or the T2007 Awards Banquet (Wednesday night). Individual tickets for these events may be purchased on-line once booth payment has been received and a password has been assigned.
